Coolness from Kansas

We are still here in Lawrence, Kansas. And we are loving it. Armando and I decided to extend our stay here, where we are staying with super mum Liz Dobbins and super dad Kent Dobbins. My recovery is going well, our room is down in the basement, cool and very quiet. If you know how HOT kansas can get you will understand just how good that is. I am doing a little bit of maintenance training, my main goal for the next 10 days is to get my blisters healed and my heart rested, before we head off on our next adventure.......to the 70.3 HALF IRONMAN IN LUBBOCK TEXAS......JUNE 29. Heaps of time to rest up and recover.
