Well what an awesome day...................the crowds, the course, the competitors and everything about this race was amazing.  I just love it here.  The race has come and gone!

Congrats to Cat Morrison and Eneko Llanos for two incredible performances, it was a challenging day to say the least, but everyone on raceday has ups and downs. I worked on some things that only raceday tells, and yeah everything went great. The body is feeling good today, I felt a little off yesterday as I had been battling a head cold earlier in the week, but this event was all about going out there and giving it my all.  I surely gave that, and the workout went great.  The field was strong, with Leanda Cave coming in second and Rinny Carfrae coming in ahead of me.  It was a really good hit out for me to work on some things before IRONMAN FRANKFURT.  So a little bit of rest and recovery before Armando and I head over to Germany. 

Everything here was incredible!!!  you gotta come here!!

well must away, but good on EVERYONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE FOR RACING wherever you are in the world.  The sport of Triathlon is so cool.....it is so much fun and what a great group of people you meet wherever you are....
