WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW....
IT IS DONE..I am so happy that Ironman NZ is done. But wow what a weekend. It was an incredible day, not just for me, but for all the finishers. It was a tough day as the wind on the bike AND THE RUN were trying.
I just wanted to say WELL DONE, CONGRATULATIONS AND COOLNESS to everyone.
AND THE VOLUNTEERS IN TAUPO....WERE INCREDIBLE, you really made my day flow like a well tuned engine.
Thanks again to everyone, my friends, my family, my sponsors for all your endless support and belief. To Rog and PUA......you guys did an amazing job with my muscles.....no aches and no pains......how good is that......
Gotta go now and climb into my MVP Normatec boots.....keep that recovery going!
