Well it is finally here, I really can't believe Ironman NZ is only a week away.
BUT, CONGRATS TO MY GREAT FRIEND BELINDA GRANGER!!! she nailed a win at Ironman Malaysia.....well done well done well done.......
So, this is the time to chill, put your feet up and enjoy your time. The training has all been done, and if not, it is better to be under done than over cooked!!! Ironman is a longgggggggggggggg day. This week, make sure you get good food, good rest and get organised.
Massage, stretch, massage and stretch. I also like to do some core workouts this week, there is time where you can spend switching on and firing your neuro muscular system.......
From today onwards my workouts are getting shorter and shorter!! the nerves are there, but nerves are good....considering our bodies are made up of millions of these things....
take care out there.....rest up and enjoy it.
