Tri NZ 2009/2010 Championships

"Triathlon New Zealand is pleased to announce that the Port of Tauranga Half Ironman has been awarded the 2010 Tri NZ National Long Distance Triathlon Championships. Tri NZ is excited to be involved once again with one of our countries most prestigious events.

We encourage all athletes to get behind the event and the National Long Distance Triathlon Championships by joining Tri NZ for the 2009/10 season you will be eligible for a national medal in your race category.  You can join Tri NZ through your local tri club (additional club fees apply) or direct when entering the race for just $10. Please note that your membership will be deferred to start November 1 to make your membership valid for the 2009/2010 season.  You will be sent details directly from Tri NZ once registrations close.
