Just been mixin up my yummy Red 8 electrolyte mixture!! It is great for the hot weather here in boulder. It really is amazing at just how much I can drink. Especially after the long workouts. Eating is not what you are looking for after sweating your butt off, but a really ice cold drink.....electrolyte!!!

Submitted by Jo on Mon, 02/08/2010 - 8:34am.Well all is going awesome here in Boulder. I just love this place, it is soooooooooooo great to get outside, get outside and do sports.....I felt, even though we headed out today around 7am for a long run, that it was almost too late. As the mornings here in boulder are just incredible. The hot sunshine is not at its peak, and all the critters are only just waking up.

I arrived here safe and sound from a longgggggggggg trip, NZ to london, where I raced the TriGrandprix half ironman, I may have been asleep, but wow what a race. It was hard, hilly and honest. I had a great day, even though I felt like it was in the middle of the night. I had done some solid training at home before packing up, and it showed on raceday.

Home again............
Submitted by Jo on Wed, 12/05/2010 - 11:53am.Well that was a quick trip..........
Just got back from a great trip across the sea to New Caledonia. What a great place and it is only a 2.5hour flight from Auckland. That is awesome. Cam Brown had suggested a month ago that we go across and have a weekend doing the Olympic distance triathlon. Sounded like a good idea so we contacted the race.....and sure enough a month later we are sitting at a restaurant over looking the calm, clear warm waters of Noume.
