getting back into the swing of things so close to an ironman can be tricky, but with my Timex GPS...it is so easy to train. To find a pace, and stick to it......

Race day
Submitted by Jo on Sun, 09/10/2011 - 7:04pm.mmmmmmmmmmmmmm well that was an interesting one...........
Well I think I will ponder on it for a day or two, then upload my thoughts.....
but while I am here, congratsssssssssssssss to everyone who finished today, ironman is a funny game, sometimes you win, sometimes you don't, but from every buildup, and race you learn more.
I just feel sore like everyone else right now, so will try and get my sunburnt body to bed, rest up and then fill you in.....
